Isolde Martyn attended the University of Exeter and has received a number of honors for her work including the Best Historical Novel award from Romantic Times Magazine, the RITA award for best first book from the Romance Writers of America, and the Romantic Novel of the Year Award from the Romantic Writers of Australia.
