Michael Carroll is the author of numerous short stories, comic strips (including Judge Dredd), and over a dozen novels. The Awakening—the first book in his Quantum Prophecy trilogy—was a 2008 New York Public Library “Books for the Teen Age” selection and a 2008/2009 nominee for the New Hampshire Isinglass Teen Read Award. Mr. Carroll lives in Dublin, Ireland, with his wife, Leonia.
