The town of Crazy Kate, once known as Little Bucharest, was renamed after Katarina Barkova not only went mad after a wolf killed her beau but—legend has it—turned into a werewolf. When Longarm rides in with a prisoner in tow, the townspeople have a haunted look in their eyes.
