The Monster Squad is a group of kids who have to stop monsters of all kinds from wreaking havoc on their town. These fast-paced adventures with dynamic illustrations will capture any reader!
How to Teach It:
Talk to your students about the importance of having a plan before embarking on an important activity.
Before your students start each book, have them write down how they would catch each monster based on the title. Then when they have finished the book, have them go back and compare their methods to the methods the characters used in the book. Did anyone pick the same method as Jesse?
